In January/February 2014 I made my first Ayurvedic Treatment for 25 days in Ahungalla/Sri Lanka.
I was picked up at the airport by the Owners J+H. After a two hours drive we reached Paradise Villa - a new and stylish house with 3 rooms, each with a four-poster-bed and a wonderful treated garden for relax and daily yoga lessons. The fresh made meals were very tasty. The medical result of all treatments:
my hippo arthritis is now much better than before, the sinusitis was healed by the salty wind and all together healed my soul - it was really great!
